change of mind

please note we do not accept returns for change of mind. once your order has been processed and delivered you will be unable to return it. contact us at if you have any questions or concerns with this.


please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is damaged. unfortunately, due to the fragile nature of dried flowers, there may be a small amount of damage during delivery. we do our best to package your order to ensure nothing is damaged however if you are unhappy or have any issues, please send an email, including your order number and a photo of the damage, to and we'll see what we can do.

how to return your order

to start a return, you can contact us at if your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
