Change of mind
Please note we do not accept returns for change of mind. Once your order has been processed and delivered you will be unable to return it.
Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is damaged. Due to the fragile nature of dried flowers you may find a small amount of the flowers break off during transit. We do our best to package your order to ensure nothing is damaged however if you are unhappy or have any issues, please send an email, including your order number and a photo of the damage, to email@example.com and we'll see what we can do.
How to return your order
To start a return please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or use the contact form. If your return is accepted we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
